Season the meat with soy sauce. Mix the garlic powder, rosemary, pepper and breadcrumbs in a small bowl. Coat the tenderloin with the rosemary mixture. Put the meat on a rack and place inside an oven that was preheated to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook the meat for 15 minutes and lower the temperature to 350 minutes. Bake the dish for 45 minutes. Add the marinade into the baking dish. Return the dish to the oven and cook for 35 minutes. The meat is done if the temperature of the tenderloin is at least 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
