Important Materials and Ingredients
Baking chicken legs is not that hard. All you need are the right materials and proper knowledge to perform this easy task. The primary ingredients include 6-pieces of chicken legs, 5-tablespoons of olive oil and marinade. Aside from these, be sure to bring in a tablespoon of thyme, a tablespoon of rosemary as well as a tablespoon of oregano, all of which can help enhance the flavor of the legs. Of course, be sure to prepare a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of ground black pepper for seasoning. In terms of cooking materials, some of the most important are oven, meat thermometer and roasting pan.
Turn your oven on and then set it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While it is heating up, start rinsing the chicken legs using cool water. After that, prepare some paper towels. Use them to dry the legs. Once they dry up, season them with salt and pepper. Place them inside the roasting pan. Pour the olive oil and then rub it on the legs. After that, add the marinade as well.

Never serve the legs if unsure whether they are done. After cooking, it is good to keep the kitchen clean, especially the areas where you placed the chicken. By doing this, the possibility of contamination can be prevented easily. It is also good to create a glaze for the chicken. To do this, simply mix equal parts of white wine, apricot jam and melted part. Apply on the chicken legs approximately in the final 30 minutes of the baking process.
